Operational Analyst

Orange Systems is the IT hub of Orange Moldova. An IT park resident, with over 850 employees, that delivers advanced IT solutions, enhancing a wide range of activities and full cycle development, impacting millions of customers across Europe.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Operational Analyst to join our Operational Control team. This role will focus on financial reporting and the development of automated PowerBI dashboards to support internal support functions.

what you will be doing:
Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reports for internal support functions (Finance, CEO Office, Legal), ensuring alignment with Financial Control and adherence to reporting deadlines.

Reporting Automation:

• Design and automate PowerBI reports and dashboards in collaboration with the Operational Control team to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual efforts.

Data Accuracy & Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Financial Control team to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.

Dashboard Maintenance:

• Maintain and continuously improve PowerBI solutions to ensure they remain relevant and actionable for business stakeholders.

Insights & Decision Support:

• Transform financial and operational data into clear, data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong knowledge of PowerBI, with the ability to develop clear, insightful dashboards
• Familiarity with automation techniques and data visualization best practices
• Solid understanding of financial processes and internal control principles
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• English proficiency for professional communication and report writing
