In-House SMM / Marketing (Graphic, Web & UX/UI)

As our In-House Designer, you will handle a variety of design tasks across marketing, web, and branding. You’ll collaborate with our marketing, development, and content teams to create compelling visuals that improve user experience, drive engagement, and support business growth.

What you will do:

• Analyzing current brand assets, recognizing the weak spots and areas for improvement.
• Developing consistent branding guidelines for the Business Class brand.
• Design engaging and visually appealing marketing materials for Business Class to explain it's value to customers.
• SMM materials, emails, web banners, media assets, etc..
• Support campaigns, product launches.
• Identity & branding.
• Create and participate in promotional concepts and presentations.
• Support our website and landing pages with a perspective of UX and UI tasks.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience working with marketing design for digital products.
• Experience working with branding and identity design from the strategy, concept, refinements, and guidelines to implementation.
• B2C branding experience.
• Understanding of Mobile first conception.
• Knowledge of style, color, composition, and typography.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding and experience of UX/UI principles and methodologies.
• Upper intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in video creation (Instagram Reels).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Luxury branding.
• Illustration skills will be an advantage.
• Design education or courses.
• Understanding of animation and motion design.
• Experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.
