Responsibilities:
  • Actively contact potential and existing customers
  • Provide detailed information about the company’s services
  • Identify customers' needs and recommend solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer data
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address client inquiries
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Romanian/ Russian/ English)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, e-mail)
  • Previous experience in a call center or sales
