After-Hours Dispatcher

We are an asset-based trucking company operating across the United States, managing a fleet of over 200 trucks. As our operations grow, we’re seeking a sharp, dedicated After-Hours Dispatcher to join our Moldavian team and keep our operations running smoothly through the night.

What you’ll do

• Drivers support: Answer calls/messages, guide HOS, routing, pickup/delivery issues.
• Handle incidents: Coordinate roadside assistance, tires/tows/repairs
• Communicate with our customers: Update brokers/shippers/receivers with ETAs, delays, and solutions.
• Track loads: Maintain statuses in TMS and spreadsheets; ensure accurate notes before handoff.
• Handoff at 08:00: Summarize overnight events and open items for the day team.

What you bring

• Strong problem-solving under pressure; calm, clear decision-making.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English

Nice to have

• Experience in US trucking dispatch or roadside/maintenance coordination.
