Corporate Trainer (Entry-Level)

Kivork is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Trainer to join our Training Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training plans, conducting training sessions, and creating new educational materials to ensure the continuous development of our teams.

This is a full-time position, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

What you'll do:

• Training Plans: Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to meet the learning needs of employees.
• Training Sessions: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for employees across various departments.
• Material Creation: Create new training materials, including presentations, manuals, and guides, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and employee development needs.
• Evaluation & Feedback: Monitor and assess training effectiveness, gathering feedback to improve future sessions and materials.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and relevance of training programs.
