Forex Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Forex Manager to take ownership of and lead the Forex function within our Fintech product. This individual will be responsible for analyzing currency markets, executing forex trades, and developing innovative trading strategies. With a strong focus on risk management, the Forex Manager will drive profitability and ensure optimal performance in a fast-paced, competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market dynamics and competitor offerings
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements
• Ideation for building and positioning our FX offering competitively in the market
• Contribute to the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross functional teams across Multipass to build the right product in the right way
• Help develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working experience with product management and/or project management within a fintech or financial services environment
• Experience with data analytics is a plus
• Experience with Foreign Exchange or Multi Currency related products is a must have
• You are humble, curious and an extremely quick learner and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• You have the patience and the grit to get to the root of complex problems and devise ideas to solve them
• You are hands-on, have strong project management skills in which you take full ownership and control over your projects
• You are able to manage multiple projects at a time
• You have solid interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with both internal and external stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures
• Your strong sense of initiative and self-motivation will add value to a fast-growing business
