About the Role: As an Recruitment and Training Analyst, your main responsibility will be managing the full recruitment process. This includes posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with both candidates and hiring managers. In addition to recruitment, you will support internal training and employee development activities to help foster a positive and growing work environment.
