• Trucking experience required (Reefer, Power-Only Amazon)
• Ability to manage operations for 6+ trucks
• Ready to work in a team of 3-4 dispatchers, covering 24/7 shifts in rotation
• Must be proficient in English
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
