Currently I'm a student at TUM 2nd year, with interest in

- English literature
- Computer stuff / Electronics .
I can adjust myself around the situation, meaning that I can play as both a team-player or solve the tasks on my own. Both come with their own bonuses one helps solving the question from diferent points of view, while the other helps me find and develop my own self.
Giving that I'm confident in my English skills and have some experience in the domain I would like to apply for a job where I'd make use and further develop both of them.

My main job when I worked at ITN, was of course to sell
airline tickets. In order to accomplish this I had to stay on the line waiting for calls, giving information to a potential client in the most attractive way that I was able to. Most of the times however there were no calls, so I was the one calling my customers that left previously a request for a ticket. After their trip was over I usualy called them back to get some feedback.
