Job

• Process incoming calls, register orders, and coordinate service delivery.
• 1-hour lunch break.
• 2 days off each week.
• Official employment.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate or fluent English and Spanish;
• Proficiency in a language other than English and Spanish is a great advantage! (for example Russian, Georgian, Chinese, or Korean)
• Exceptional communication and verbal skills;
• Stress resistance, conflict resolution, and problem-solving;
• Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality;
• Organizational skills, ability to work independently with manager-led coaching;
• User-level computer literacy.

Flexible shifts available

• Morning shift: 07:00–16:00
• Day shift: 13:00–22:00
• Student shift: 16:00–01:00
• Night shift: 22:00–07:00
