Full-Stack Web Developer (Laravel / PHP)

Location: Chisinau, Moldova (Hybrid or Remote)

We are a U.S. logistics and freight company expanding our in-house tech team in Moldova to build our own Transportation Management System (TMS). Our goal is to create a fast, reliable, and easy-to-use platform to manage daily freight operations — including load posting, dispatching, carrier management, and reporting.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer experienced in Laravel / PHP who can take a practical, hands-on role in building and maintaining our system from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain core modules of our custom TMS platform (loads, carriers, dispatch, invoicing, etc.)
Build responsive web pages and dashboards for dispatchers and operations staff.
Integrate the platform with third-party APIs (e.g., load boards, tracking, factoring, email/SMS).
Work closely with management to turn operational needs into clean, functional features.
Ensure security, performance, and scalability of the application.
Maintain proper version control and clean code structure.

Required Skills & Experience

Back-End
Strong experience with PHP and Laravel framework
Experience with MySQL (queries, migrations, optimization)
Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration
Understanding of authentication/authorization (roles, permissions)

Front-End
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery
Experience building clean, responsive UI for business tools
Familiarity with simple dashboard frameworks or UI kits

Additional

Experience with Git for version control
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good English (written & spoken)
Experience with logistics or dispatching tools is a plus
