Truck Fleet Manager

We are an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Manager to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our trucks and trailers are running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee preventative maintenance and repair scheduling for trucks and trailers
Coordinate with vendors, negotiate repair costs, and minimize downtime
Ensure all servicing and maintenance operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Conduct driver check-ins and ensure regular inspections
Submit reports on equipment status and fleet performance

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly and retain information
Experience or understanding of fleet management, production oversight, or maintenance optimization processes.
Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level
Fluent Russian

Working Conditions:

Comfortable and modern office in the center

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience (900-1500$)
Paid training starting from day one
Working hours: 15:00 — 00:00 (Monday — Friday)
