We're Hiring: Experienced Truck Dispatcher
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher with proven experience in the logistics and transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate freight shipments across the U.S.
- Manage communication between drivers, brokers, and clients
- Monitor and track loads to ensure on-time delivery
- Negotiate rates with brokers and ensure profitable loads
- Resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 month of experience as a truck dispatcher
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of U.S. geography and trucking regulations
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and dispatching software
