Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Trailer Lease and Audit Specialist to manage invoicing, track incoming payments, perform financial analysis, audits, and prepare accurate reports. This role is essential to ensuring financial accuracy, cash flow control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor and follow up on incoming payments (accounts receivable)
• Reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies
• Perform financial analysis and support internal audits
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Support management with financial insights and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures
!!! Additionally - handle prepass and tolls transactions

Requirements
• Experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable, and reporting
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo, etc.)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with audits and financial analysis
• Truck and trailers rent, lease, lease to own, sales, experience needed!
