Social Media Manager (SMM)

CTS Express Inc. is a company that has been operating in the U.S. freight transportation market for over 15 years. We are currently expanding and seeking a motivated SMM Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build a systematic social media presence for the company and establish a recognizable, trusted employer brand in the US logistics industry.
- Develop SMM strategy: define tone of voice, create content plans, content series, and visual style.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube Shorts).
- Create engaging content: texts, video scripts, stories, Reels, posts, lead magnets.
- Collaborate closely with a designer and video editor.

- Performance analytics: track ER, CTR, audience growth, cost per lead, and channel effectiveness.
- Set up automated funnels and integrate with CRM/bots (together with a marketer).
- Prepare weekly reports and optimization proposals.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in SMM (preferably in logistics, transportation, recruiting, or related industries).
- High level of engagement, responsibility, and punctuality.
- Understanding of how a Customer Journey Map (CJM) is built and a strong desire to learn the principles of building a recruitment funnel for CDL drivers.
- Confident copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of viral content formats: Reels, Shorts, Stories, Telegram series, long-reads.
- Understanding of basic analytics (GA4, Meta Insights, TGStat).
- Proficiency in Figma/Canva or similar tools.
- English level: Intermediate or higher (for adapting content for the American audience).

Will be a plus:
- Experience with chat-bots (SendPulse, BotHelp, ManyChat).
- Experience in recruitment SMM or HR branding.
- Experience collaborating with influencers.
