About us
Emigrare.md is one of the leading companies in the field of migration and legal services in Moldova. For over 17 years, we have been helping clients obtain citizenship, residence permits, and legal support both in Moldova and abroad. We are looking for an active, motivated Sales Manager to join our team — someone who knows how to listen to clients, offer solutions, and close deals.
What you’ll do
-Work only with sales: turn inbound inquiries and warm leads into paid contracts.
- Qualify prospects (budget/need/decision/timing), run consultations, present service packages.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, close deals, and hand off to operations.
- Keep a clean pipeline and notes in CRM; hit weekly/monthly KPIs.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent English (spoken & written). Russian and Romanian are a plus.
- 1+ year in sales or client-facing roles (consultative/B2C/B2B).
- Strong communication, persistence, and goal orientation.
- Disciplined with CRM/process; comfortable with phone, email, messengers.
- Eligible to work in Moldova (we also consider foreign nationals who meet this criterion).
Salary & growth
- Competitive base + uncapped commission (on-target earnings ~€1,500/month when KPIs are met).
- Quality bonus based on performance standards.
