Sales Manager

We’re growing fast at Hey Roger Smith, and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager.
You will be responsible for two main revenue streams:

Selling our car-hauling dispatch services to drivers, fleet owners, and logistics companies.
Selling our dispatcher training courses to individuals who want to start or grow their dispatching careers.

Responsibilities:

Identify and contact drivers, companies, and prospects
Sell dispatch services and training courses
Build and manage a customer portfolio
Achieve monthly sales targets
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize sales strategy

Requirements:

Sales experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and well-organized
Experience using CRM systems (specifically Kommo)
Fluent in English and Russian

Compensation:

Base salary + Commission
