Safety Manager

We are looking for a Safety Manager for the logistics company (US market).
This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure proper functioning of the department and assist in resolving complex situations.
Regular monitoring and updating of safety indicators.
Conduct initial calls with potential drivers and verify driver documents before employment.
Monitor logbooks and trips.
Handle urgent insurance, accident, and damage issues: Provide prompt assistance in case of emergencies.

Requirements:

Knowledge of English and Russian at the Upper-intermediate level
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in document handling.
Ability to respond quickly and make effective decisions.
Working hours: from 15 till 00 (Monday — Friday)
