We are ABSOLUTE DISPATCH LLC, a premier US-based Dispatch Service.
We are expanding our fleet and looking for ambitious Independent
Recruiters to partner with us.
We specialize in Flatbeds, Reefers, Hotshots, and Power Only units.

YOUR ROLE:
-Identify potential carriers via social media, cold calling, or your network.
-Present our value proposition.
-Facilitate the signing of the Dispatch Agreement.
-Hand over the client to our operations team—we handle the rest!

REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent command of English(Verbal and Written).
-Ability to communicate effectively with US-based truck drivers.
-Knowledge of US geography and equipment types (Flatbed/Reefer/Hotshot) is a plus.
