We are a U.S. based transportation company with a track record of over 8 years in the industry and are currently seeking a Dispatcher with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The company offers compensation of up to 2.1% from gross revenue or a stable salary base determined independently after the interview. 
We are hiring experienced and strong dispatchers only, who can manage from 5 to 7 trucks immediately after a 2 week probation period. Also, the dispatcher should know how to handle oversized and overweight loads.

The company offers:
- Pay up to 2.1% from gross
- Office located in the Buiucani sector.
- Drivers with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

- Working schedule from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience on open deck (Stepdeck , Flatbed , RGN , Doubledrop, Lowboy)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Problem-Solving Abilities

- Stress Management
- Broker/customer relations, freight lanes will be a big plus
- Adaptability
