What does a Night Shift Dispatcher do?
The Night Shift Dispatcher makes sure everything runs smoothly during night hours. You will stay in touch with drivers and brokers, solve any issues that come up, and keep the main dispatch team updated.

Key Responsibilities:
-Work closely with the main dispatch team — get their tasks, clarify details, and update them on load statuses;
-Stay in contact with drivers, help them during pick-up and delivery, and handle any problems on the road;
-Communicate with brokers over the phone, clarify the details and find quick solutions when needed;
-Look for new loads that fit company needs and confirm them with the dispatcher;
-Keep all load information clear and up to date for the day team.

Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who:
-Knows English at an intermediate or higher level (mostly written, but speaking is also needed);
-Is responsible and can work independently at night;
-Can plan and organize their work time well;
-Thinks fast and makes good decisions in stressful situations;
-Communicates clearly and keeps others informed.

Work Schedule:
Night shift: 00:00 – 08:00 (CHISINAU TIME ZONE)
