Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to marketing activities: support planning and execution of campaigns
- Create sales and presentation materials for internal and client use
- Design simple visual materials (e.g., brochures, social media graphics, event visuals) using Canva or similar tools
- Assist with company communication campaigns (social media posts, newsletters, job ads, events)
- Coordinate with external partners (suppliers, event organizers, agencies) when needed
- Support HR processes: contracts, employee documentation, personnel files
- Liaise with accounting: manage required documentation, coordinate monthly reports and employee updates
- Assist in recruitment & onboarding: post job ads, schedule interviews, coordinate smooth onboarding
- General office support: appointments, purchases, internal documentation, office organization
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (HR/marketing/office support)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Romanian & English (C1 level)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner with fluid intelligence, adaptable to new tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic design and content creation skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Self-driven, resourceful, and detail-oriented
