The Role
- We’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring focus, rhythm, and clarity to our moving startup.
- You’ll coordinate designer, developers, and AI engineers to ensure that features move from idea to implementation and making releases more predictable.
- You’ll help decompose ideas into actionable features and tasks (no need to write deep technical tickets yourself).
- You’ll keep track of what’s important, make sure our critical user paths work smoothly, and constantly improve how we deliver.
- This is a highly hands-on role: no layers of management, no waiting for approvals. You’ll be directly working with the founder to drive releases, improve team velocity, keep everyone aligned on priorities, and manage time and budget, and keep the team moving in sync.

What You’ll Do
- Own the project delivery process end-to-end (scope, plan, execute, track) and keep overall visibility on progress and blockers — removing friction fast.
- Verify the product’s main flows (Critical User Path) after each release to ensure everything works as expected.
- Turn big ideas into actionable, trackable tasks with clear deliverables by breaking down ideas and initiatives into smaller, structured pieces.
- Facilitate communication between development, design, and marketing to keep everyone aligned.
- Suggest improvements or new modules that could make the product better (if you want to — we love proactive people).
- Help improve how the team works — rituals, processes, and documentation — while managing sprints, roadmaps, and priorities in Jira Cloud.
- Support release coordination and founder/investor updates, as well as manage time and, ideally, budget planning for ongoing work.

Who You Are
- 2+ years in project or delivery management for software / mobile products.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and multi-functional teams.
- Good communicator - you turn chaos into structure.
- You know Jira, GitHub, and remote workflows.
- You have a understanding of how backend, mobile, and integrations work (not as a developer, but conceptually).
- You love ownership and execution - not just reporting.

Nice to Have
- Experience with AI or LLM-driven products.
- Experience with Mobile First products.
- Passion for consumer mobile apps and product usability.
- Understanding of backend/mobile integration and release cycles.
- Startup mindset: pragmatic, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity.
