HR Specialist

Daily Group Corporation OÜ is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team!

Daily Group Corporation OÜ is an Estonian company providing management and business consulting services across various sectors – our projects range from real estate to restaurants, from fashion to retail and construction. We have long-standing experience in managing hotels, restaurants, and catering establishments in Estonia, Germany and Belgium, supported by a broad international business network.

To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a Human Resources (HR) Specialist whose passion is working with people and shaping a modern HR culture.

Your main responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR policies
Recruitment (advertising, candidate search, interviews, selection process)
Organizing employee onboarding processes
Managing employee benefits and HR administration
Ensuring compliance with labor law and regulations
Supporting employee relations and conducting performance reviews
Handling day-to-day HR matters
Willingness and ability to work with international markets

Our expectations:
Knowledge of human resources management, HR policies, and benefits administration
Previous professional experience is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset
Excellent command of English (Russian and other languages are an advantage)
