Driver Recruiter (Overseas / Remote – U.S. Trucking Industry)
Location: Remote (Outside the USA)
Market: United States Transportation & Logistics
We are a U.S.-based trucking company expanding our recruiting operations and are looking for an experienced Overseas Driver Recruiter who understands the U.S. CDL driver market. This is a performance-driven remote role with income tied directly to results.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and pre-qualifying U.S. CDL drivers and moving them efficiently through the hiring pipeline in coordination with our U.S. operations team.
This role requires discipline, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with U.S. driver recruitment standards.
Key Responsibilities
Source CDL drivers using job boards, databases, social media, referrals, and outbound outreach
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified drivers
Conduct initial phone and message screenings in English
Pre-qualify drivers based on company criteria (experience, MVR readiness, employment history)
Collect and verify application information before handoff
Coordinate with U.S.-based team for MVRs, road tests, orientation, and onboarding
Track daily activity, leads, and hires in company systems
Report weekly and monthly recruiting performance
Provide feedback on market trends and sourcing performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent or near-fluent English (spoken and written)
Proven experience in recruiting, call-center sales, or driver recruitment
Strong phone confidence and professional communication style
Ability to work independently in a remote, KPI-driven environment
Solid computer skills (CRM systems, spreadsheets, job boards)
Strong time management and self-discipline
Stable internet connection and reliable workstation
Experience recruiting U.S. CDL drivers is a major advantage.
Compensation Structure
Base pay + performance bonuses per hired driver
Earnings directly tied to the number of qualified drivers hired
High performers can earn significantly above base
