We’re a US-based trucking company looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team in Chisinau!

What You’ll Do:
Create and respond to leads from multiple sources
Introduce and present OTR driving opportunities to candidates
Communicate with approved drivers and follow up regularly
Manage and organize all recruiting paperwork and documentation
Support drivers throughout the recruiting and onboarding process

Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with drivers
