Requirements:

Experience in dispatching (Flatbed, Stepdeck, Conestoga)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Must be able to combine loads and work with partials

1,5% of the gross from the day one with an opportunity to raise depending on perfomance and experience

Flexible Schedule - work hard, rest harder, our working hours are 2pm till 1am 5 days a week but it is fine to go home when the job is done
