As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking dedicated Dispatchers for our Freight Logistics – Stepdeck department. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow within a professional and collaborative environment. Stepdeck experience is an advantage but not a requirement — we value attitude, adaptability, and the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily operations of assigned Stepdeck trucks;
Communicate clearly and efficiently with drivers and brokers;
Plan, negotiate, and monitor loads to ensure timely and profitable deliveries;
Optimize routes based on traffic, weather, and operational conditions;
Maintain accurate and well-organized operational records and documentation.

Candidate Profile:

Previous dispatch experience in Freight Logistics (Stepdeck experience is a plus);
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools;
English proficiency: intermediate to advanced, both written and spoken;
Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills;
Calm, adaptable, and able to handle unexpected situations;
Solution-oriented mindset, efficiency, and strong teamwork skills.
