Digital Marketing Specialist

The German startup TechBehemoths, part of Mobiteam GmbH, with offices in Berlin and Chișinău, is looking for an English-speaking full-time person to join TechBehemoths’ marketing team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals.

Our team is expanding! In Q4 2025, we will enter an extraordinarily important phase – monetization. For this, we need a fresh, creative, and smart approach in marketing. Any sales experience will be considered a strong advantage.

As a Marketing and Content Specialist, you will collaborate with our marketing team at all stages. The team is spread across Germany, Ireland, and Moldova.

Your area of activity will:
-Assisting (and why not creating) Digital Marketing Strategies – Brand awareness development
-Content writing
-PR and Link building
-Marketing and content research
-Editorial work for social media and websites in English
-Accompanying various marketing projects, such as website and startup launches (assisted by the Head of Department)
-Contributing to client acquisition and lead conversion
-Sales - any sales experience will be considered a strong advantage

Your profile
-You may already have some great experience in Digital Marketing and Sales
-You are a Junior in Marketing and have a desire to enter the industry
-Coming from a startup environment is a great added value
-Great writing skills
-A person of any degree or with great skills related to marketing and sales
-A professional looking for a career change into marketing and sales in a global startup
-Interest in independent work, creative, and proactive
-Excellent knowledge of written English
