JOB PURPOSE / MAIN OBJECTIVES:
Ensuring information is constantly processed correctly and in time, all correspondence is at an average business level and builds good relations with customers.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the complete treatment and follow-up of all contract-related issues within the established deadlines:
- Administrative processing of all relevant information. Chasing breakdown documents, breakdown details & generating electronic service report.
- Collecting additional information
- Analyse all related documents and internal log files for a complete vision on the case.
- Enter required information into the system.
- Manual chasing of missing invoice or other document corresponding to the case.
- Check the data for accuracy and completeness.
Accurately process and record
Escalate issues and errors to management, as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
YOUR PROFILE/ KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Communicate fluently in languages: Romanian (well) – Russian (well) –English (well)
French, German or Spanish (medium level) would be a great benefit
PC skills: office applications, outlook
Company-specific IT / telephony system
Technical knowledge (automotive, tires) is an asset
No specific knowledge and experience required
