Easytovisa provides visa and immigration services to individuals, multinational corporations, tour operators, government officials, and professional organizations seeking to travel, work, study, or live in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or other countries worldwide.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Providing professional support to clients applying for visas
Accurate and efficient processing of documentation
Offering up-to-date and accurate information regarding visas, passports, and related procedures
Keeping clients informed throughout the entire process
Coordinating with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate application handling
Updating and maintaining internal databases

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Fluency in the local language (Romanian and/or Russian)
Clear and effective communication skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
Professional and responsible approach to work
Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge

WHAT WE OFFER
Fixed-term employment contract for a period of 12 months (with a 1-month probation period)
Work in a stable, internationally oriented company

Office-based work during regular business hours (08:00–17:00, with a one-hour break)
