Job Description:

Manage customer service inquiries by providing assistance by chat, e-mail and phone.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Identify and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Essential Requirements:

Fluent English (spoken and written interaction) is a must.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Good time management and multitasking skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus.
Experience in logistics is an advantage.
