Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Processing: Manage end-to-end cargo & accidents claims processes efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to minimize claims occurrences.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address claims-related issues and implement preventive measures.
- Documentation Management: Oversee the organization of claims & accidents related documents, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients, providing updates on claim status, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Collaboration with Legal Teams: Work closely with legal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations. Assist in the preparation of documentation for legal proceedings, if necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements in claims management processes and workflows.
- Team Training: Develop and conduct training programs for internal teams to enhance awareness of safety protocols, incident reporting procedures, and the importance of accurate documentation.

Qualifications:
- Proven Experience & Leadership: Significant experience in cargo claims & accidents management within the logistics industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex claims scenarios.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with modern technology (Computers, smartphones, software applications & various digital tools
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing industry dynamics and contribute to innovative solutions
