RapidDev has just completed its ninth acquisition, a thriving, seven-figure premium design agency. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a newly acquired, standalone entity within the RapidDev portfolio. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take the helm and drive significant growth for this specialized design and development business.
This is not a typical startup. You will be stepping into a business with a proven model, an established client base, and a talented team already in place. Your primary focus will be to lead, manage, and inspire this high-performing agency, ensuring client satisfaction, project success, and sustainable growth. You'll work closely with the RapidDev leadership team, including myself, to execute strategic initiatives and capitalize on market opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and project outcomes.
Guarantee projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of design and development professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier talent to further strengthen the existing A+ team.
Contribute to sales efforts and client acquisition strategies.
Oversee invoicing, budgeting, and other financial administration tasks.

Requirements:

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the design industry, specifically within professional services, delivering high-quality design solutions to clients.
You have demonstrable experience in leadership and management roles, not just as an individual contributor. You can inspire a team and drive results.
You are passionate about client satisfaction and have a knack for managing expectations effectively.
You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in various aspects of the business.
You have a keen eye for identifying and attracting A+ talent.
You understand the fundamentals of running a business, including sales, finance, and operations.
You are driven to grow a business and are excited by the prospect of significant upside potential.
