Car hauling dispatch

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the dispatch of vehicles to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Communicate effectively with drivers, providing them with route details, schedules, and any special instructions.
Monitor and track the movement of trucks and vehicles in real-time.
Respond promptly to any changes in the schedule or unforeseen challenges.
Maintain a strong working relationship with clients, updating them on the status of their shipments and addressing any concerns.
Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
Manage and maintain dispatch software and tools, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize operations and improve service quality.

Qualifications:

Mandatory: Proven experience as a Car Hauling Dispatcher or in a similar role in the transportation industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using dispatch software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
