Billing specialist, Accountant (Trucking Industry)

Over the past year, we have expanded our fleet from 20 to 66 trucks and continue to add more. As we scale up our operations, we are hiring dispatchers not to replace someone, but to build a stronger team and support our fast growth. This is a full time job, and the hours are from 7:00 — 16:00 Chicago Time Zone, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities:

Creating invoices and sending to the factoring company;
Checking paperworks from drivers;
Creating statements for drivers;
Working with aging reports;
Contacting with brokers and figure out issues with unpaid loads;
Filing claims.

Qualifications and Requirements:
English B1-B2
Excel proficiency
Quickbooks (will be big plus)
Logistics TMS programs
