Location: Chișinău, Moldova (office only)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Moldova time)
Pay: $100 per shift (fixed rate per completed 12-hour shift)
About the role
Be the steady point of contact overnight. Not a dispatcher role—no load booking. You’ll take all incoming calls, drive timely updates, and monitor OTR activity to maintain continuity until day teams return.
What you’ll do
Own all inbound calls during your shift; triage, resolve, or escalate per SOP.
Push proactive updates to stakeholders (drivers/brokers/internal) as situations change.
Oversee OTR operations: track progress, driver status, and appointment windows.
Maintain precise logs in the TMS and comms tools (who/what/when/outcome).
Handle after-hours incidents (detours, delays, equipment issues) and coordinate vendors.
Deliver a crisp shift handover noting open tickets and next steps.
Requirements
Strong English (spoken & written).
Clear communicator; cool head in urgent situations.
Detail-oriented with solid multitasking and typing skills.
1+ year in customer service/operations/help desk/transport support preferred.
Weekend availability for the stated on-site shift.
