Job description
As an Account Manager at BABOO, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth with our distribution partners. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with Book of business consisting of existing customers, build relationships, and drive revenue and meet sales targets.
Reponsibilities
- Implement strategies to retain existing customers, reduce churn, and ensure their satisfaction by addressing issues promptly.
- Meet sales targets by selling BABOO products to existing customers, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute account plans for key customers while identifying opportunities for additional sales.
- Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating with Supply Chain, Training, and Accounting to resolve customer issues.
- Regularly communicate via meetings, calls, and emails to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.
- Track KPIs for customer retention and revenue growth; stay informed on industry trends.
- Update customers on training events and coordinate sessions to help them better utilize BABOO products.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in sales/account management (B2B)
- Fluent English + Russian
- Google Workspace
- Experience in pharma/baby products — a plus
