Tech / Team Lead (.NET / Fintech)

We are building the technical core of a scalable fintech platform (Digital Bank) and are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who will raise engineering standards and directly contribute to product development.

We are building real financial infrastructure where stability and correctness matter.

Responsibilities

• Active backend development using .NET Core
• Improving system architecture and scalability
• Application performance optimization (API, database, latency)
• Active participation in code reviews and engineering standards
• Leading technical response during critical situations
• Mentoring the engineering team (5–7 engineers)
• Contributing to technical hiring processes

You will work with

• fintech and lending workflows
• Visa & Mastercard integrations
• real financial transactions
• 24/7 high-availability systems
• Azure cloud infrastructure

Tech Stack

• Backend: C# / .NET Core
• Frontend: Angular
• Mobile: React Native
• Database: MSSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud: Azure

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong production experience with .NET Core
• Experience building scalable systems
• Solid understanding of distributed architectures
• Cloud experience (Azure or similar)
• Experience mentoring engineers
