System Analyst

We are a dynamic bank in Moldova currently undergoing a major digital transformation and CRM system upgrade. We are looking for a System Analyst to play a key role in this process, working closely with internal bank units and our external integration partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Vendor Collaboration & Validation:

• Reviewing and approving functional and technical specifications provided by the integrator;
• Ensuring the proposed solution aligns with the bank's architecture and business requirements;
• Clarifying edge cases and validation rules for the external team.

Requirements Management:

• Analyzing "AS IS" processes in the current system;
• Gathering and detailing business requirements from internal stakeholders;
• Translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Creating and maintaining documentation;
• Validating the implemented functionality (UAT support) and checking if it matches the documentation;

Knowledge Management:

• Maintaining the internal knowledge base in Confluence;
• Keeping the backlog (Jira) up to date and structured.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role in IT;
• Understanding of integration approaches and principles, REST/SOAP APIs (ability to read Swagger/OpenAPI and understand JSON/XML structures);
• Experience with business process modeling (BPMN/UML);
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence;
• Strong communication skills to effectively act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Experience with Creatio or other CRM systems;
• Previous experience in Banking/Fintech sector;
• Experience working with external vendors/integrators;
• Understanding of Message Brokers (RabbitMQ).
