Allied Testing is a leading specialist QA and Testing firm with a strong focus on the finance industry. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Team Administrator to join our team in Chișinău.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain employee workstations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide support for remote work.
• Monitor employee compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Handle and investigate IT incidents.
• Maintain the IT asset inventory.

Required Qualifications

• Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on understanding of virtualized platforms and segmented networks.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience in end-user support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Working-level written English.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Basic understanding of information security concepts.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Batch, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience with L2 network switches.
