Social Media Manager (SMM)

Key responsibilities to include in the job posting:

• Plan and create social media content (copy, images, video) aligned with brand voice and goals
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Actively engage in relevant Facebook groups; grow and moderate community
• Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)
• Develop content and campaign strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
• Track performance; prepare regular reports and recommend optimizations
• Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging

Must-have skills/experience:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and communities
• Experience creating and running Facebook/Instagram ads (Audience targeting, A/B testing, budget management)
• Content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic/video editing)
• Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) and Facebook Business Manager/Meta Ad Manager
• Analytics skills (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics or equivalent)
• Strong communication and community engagement skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with lead generation funnels and CRM integration
• Paid ads certification (e.g., Meta Blueprint)
• Knowledge of other platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok) and influencer outreach

• Reach and impressions (brand awareness)
• Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)
• Lead volume and cost per lead (CPL)
• Click-through rate (CTR) on ads and posts
• Growth of community members/followers
