SALES DIRECTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating and motivating the sales team to achieve established targets and sales KPIs;
- Monitoring team performance and optimizing sales processes;
- Coordinating and collaborating with the marketing team to adjust and improve the sales strategy;
- Managing leads, working in CRM systems, and efficiently distributing leads within the team;
- Handling and supervising client calls and messages;
- Providing consultancy regarding the technical features of vehicles;
- Organizing and coordinating test drives;
- Presenting financing and leasing options for individual and corporate clients;
- Ensuring vehicles are properly prepared for sale.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, including at least 1 year in automotive sales;
- Proven experience in coordinating and leading a sales team;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs;
- Practical experience with CRM systems and lead management;
- Knowledge of sales strategies and commercial processes;
- Higher education (technical or economic background preferred);
- Solid knowledge of automobiles;
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, 1C);
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
- Fluency in Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage);
- Energetic, positive, and results-oriented personality;
- Category B driving license.
