Manager recruiter (CDL A Drivers for USA)

Location: Muncești 400/1, Chișinău
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 18:00 – 01:00
Corporate taxi provided by the company

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting CDL A drivers for trucking companies in the USA
• Conducting phone interviews in Russian and English
• Presenting job details and explaining hiring conditions
• Managing candidate information and updating CRM
• Guiding candidates through the entire hiring process until placement

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian; conversational English
• Experience in recruiting or sales — advantage
• Strong communication skills and confident speaking
• Responsibility, discipline, and focus on results

Salary structure:
700 USD fixed + 100 USD per hired driver = high earning potential for driven performers.
