About Us

We are a fast-growing trucking company specializing in refrigerated (reefer) and dry freight transportation. Our team is dedicated to providing reliable, compliant, and customer-focused logistics solutions across the U.S. We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team and help ensure efficient freight movement, driver support, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate loads that were already booked.
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers to track shipments and resolve issues.
- Monitor driver hours, ELD compliance, and reefer trailer performance.
- Prepare and verify bills of lading, delivery receipts, and temperature logs.
- Optimize loads to reduce empty miles and fuel costs.
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and FDA regulations.
- Track and analyze logistics performance metrics (on-time %, detention, cost per mile).
Provide top-level customer service and shipment visibility.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination experience (trucking industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA Hours-of-Service rules, ELD systems, and reefer compliance.
- Proficient with TMS software, ELD portals, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and cost efficiency.
