HR Specialist

ArtDock is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team
Location: Chișinău (on-site)
Employment type: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Want to be part of a team creating original game worlds? At ArtDock, we’re looking for someone who can help us find and retain great talent, build efficient processes, and support a friendly and creative atmosphere in the studio.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from posting vacancies to onboarding
• Maintain and improve HR processes such as adaptation, evaluation, and training
• Organize internal communications and team events
• Keep HR records and internal documentation up to date
• Serve as a bridge between the team and management

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in HR (experience in gamedev is a plus)
• Ability to work with a variety of roles and understand team needs
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and initiative
• Confident in both Russian and Romanian (English is a plus)
• Understanding of basic HR metrics and hiring principles
