As we continue to grow our international team, we’re seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our core management group.
Position Overview
The HR & Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in shaping LuxeSkies’ people strategy — leading the full recruitment cycle, managing HR operations, and fostering a strong company culture across multiple markets.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, interpersonal finesse, and operational precision, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent aligned with our luxury-service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: creating job descriptions, posting ads on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proactively headhunt and build relationships with high-potential candidates for current and future roles
- Partner with team leads to understand departmental needs, provide market insights, and advise on salary benchmarks and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct screenings and assessments to ensure both skill and cultural fit.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure a premium communication experience throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Lead and refine the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all new hires.
- Coordinate with accounting and operations partners to complete all legal, compliance, and payroll documentation.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and performance documentation.
- Manage benefits programs and employee wellbeing initiatives that support balance, motivation, and mental health.
Compensation, Culture & Development
- Support salary and KPI reviews and ensure transparent communication of adjustments and bonuses.
- Work closely with management on career development frameworks and growth paths.
- Drive employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and people operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher).
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to act with discretion and integrity.
- Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, Kommo, etc.).
