ESG Manager (Environmental, Social, And Governance Manager)

Now, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our ESG Team and strengthen our Environmental, Social, and Governance practices across our strategy, operations, and decision-making

What you’ll actually do:

• Implement Microinvest’s ESG policies;
• Monitor and report on ESG indicators and initiatives;
• Help us comply with ESG regulations (training provided);
• Coordinate with internal departments to align operations with ESG goals;
• Lead reporting and communication to stakeholders (auditors, partners, clients)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a Bachelor’s degree (in Finance, Business, Environmental Science, or similar);
• Understands or wants to learn ESG and sustainability standards;
• Is organized, analytical, proactive, and good at presenting ideas;
• Speaks English confidently (for reporting/training);
• Has experience in project/process coordination (internships count!);
