What You’ll Do - Depending on the project, you will:
- Manage outbound and inbound calls, emails, chat, or social media interactions;
- Identify potential clients and generate leads;
- Provide accurate information and support to customers and partners;
- Build trust and sustainable relationships through professional communication;
- Adapt to different tasks and challenges while keeping performance high.

About You - We’re looking for someone who is:
1. Fluent in English (C1+), both spoken and written;
2. Confident, clear, and engaging in communication;
3. Proactive, motivated, and responsible;
4. Quick-thinking and eager to learn new tools, markets, and approaches;
5. Comfortable handling conversations across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, messengers, social media);
6. Flexible in terms of schedule and tasks.
