ELD Monitoring Specialist

About Us
UE LINE is an asset-based American trucking company with an operations center in Chișinău. We operate across the United States and manage a rapidly growing fleet of over 200 trucks. As we continue to scale, we are expanding our Moldovan team and are looking for a skilled ELD Monitoring Specialist to strengthen our Safety department.

This role is critical to maintaining compliance, keeping our drivers moving, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our fleet.

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and review drivers’ ELD logs for accuracy and FMCSA HOS compliance
- Identify potential and actual HOS violations and work proactively to prevent them
- Advise drivers and dispatch on available hours, recaps, and proper log usage
- Provide daily support to drivers regarding ELD and HOS-related questions
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal reviews and audits
- Work closely with Safety, Dispatch, and Operations teams to ensure fleet compliance

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in ELD monitoring, safety, compliance, or HOS support
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA Hours of Service regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze log data
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Location
- Full-time Monday - Friday 3 PM till 12 AM local time.
- Office-based in Chișinău, city center.
